The arrangement connects a friction element (52) and a friction element carrier (56), which are provided with teeth (60, 82), respectively and connected with each other. The friction element is designed such that a radial relative displacement of the friction element and the friction element carrier is generated during common rotation of the friction element and the friction element carrier around a rotational axis (A). The radial relative displacement counteracts relative movement of the friction element and the friction element carrier in the range of play. An independent claim is also included for a hydrodynamic coupling device i.e. torque converter, including a housing.
