The invention relates to the technology for the production of ceramic tile, particularly to a method for decoration of ceramic tile by colors of UV hardening and can be used for coating of images to the surface of ceramic tile in industry of building materials. The method comprises stages of engobe coating, glaze coating, drying of tile, burning and sealing up with color by cut and dried method with further drying of semiproduct. For sealing up the color of UV hardening is used, and the stage of drying of semiproduct is carried out with the help of UV-lamps, besides the drying process of the semiproduct is carried out for 5-10 seconds. The improvement of the quality of images, reduction of technological cycle, increasing of productivity and the production and decreasing of energy demands are provided. |
