<p>A cutting machine has an U-shaped bed 1, in centre of which a swivel table 2 is installed on bearings 3 with possibility of rotation around its own axis relative to the bed. Diametrically on the swivel table 2 a cylindrical housing of 4 rod-free cylinders is fastened. In the housing 4 of cylinder a piston 5 is located, which divides the internal cavity of housing 4 into left and right parts. In the upper part of housing 4 a longitudinal groove is made, in which a moving support 6 is located, which is fastened to the piston 5, moreover in the longitudinal groove a waterproofing is located. The left and right cavities by a conduit 7 are connected with a hydraulic system. On top of the housing 4 to moving support 6 a carriage 8 is connected, on which a post 9 with sawing disk is installed, for example, an abrasive disk 10 and a hydraulic engine 11 connected by a drive belt 12, the post 9 with carriage 8 is connected by a support 13. The piston 5 with carriage 8 with post 9, wheel 10 and hydraulic engine 11 and the support 13 have the capability of displacement along the housing of rod-free cylinder 4. On bed 1 hydraulic cylinders of lifting 14 are diametrically opposite vertically installed, which stocks are fastened on a cowling 15. The hydraulic cylinders 14 are connected with a hydraulic circuit by a conduit 16. On the upper part of cowling 15 a guide 17 and a clamping device 18 are diametrically opposite installed, the latter consists of a basis 19, which is fastened to the cowling 15, to the basis 19 a clamp cover 20 is hingedly connected. In the clamp cover 20 and basis 19 open-end holes are made, where a catch 21 is located.</p> |
