PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect data in a short time when collecting the data from a plurality of nodes.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a network system wherein a plurality of nodes are provided and lower-order nodes are connected while being branched into a plurality of stages under control of a highest-order node. Each of the lower-order nodes includes means for: holding transmission data to be transmitted to the highest-order node; sending the transmission data being held toward the highest-order node; calculating an evaluation value relating to data transmission quality from the node itself to the highest-order node; calculating the number of connectable nodes in the lower order than the node itself; notifying the other nodes of the calculated evaluation value and information about the number of connectable nodes; and creating and holding a node information table having the information notified from the other nodes.
