: The present invention relates to a collapsible receptacle for handling flowable materials. The receptacle is comprised of a first elongate piece having opposite ends and side edges. The first piece is folded to define a pair of opposite side panels interconnected by a bottom panel. The ends of the first piece are folded back and are secured substantially across the width thereof to form lift sleeves. A second elongate piece is provided having opposite ends and side edges. The second piece is positioned between the side panels formed in the first piece. The second piece is folded to define opposite side pieces and a top panel. The second piece is secured about the periphery to the first piece, thereby forming the receptacle with the lift sleeves extending beyond the top panel. A fill spout is mounted in the top panel in the second piece for introducing flowable material into the receptacle.
