PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide sound in a specific direction other than the direction that a flat speaker emits sound. SOLUTION: The rectangular flat speaker 6 has a pair of sound emitting surfaces 8 and 10 facing opposite direction, and sound is emitted from the two sound emitting surfaces 8 and 10 almost perpendicularly to the sound emitting surfaces 8 and 10. A guide material 12 is formed over the entire area of the lower end part of the flat speaker 6. The guide material 12 protrudes obliquely downward.
