The invention relates to an apparatus with a semiconductor component-array (2) which is arranged on an accommodation surface (2a) of a cooling element (1), and extends at least across a portion of the width of the cooling element (1). The cooling element (1) comprises at least one coolant control structure. The coolant control structure comprises at least a first recess (4) for the inlet or outlet of the coolant which has a smaller width (bAN1) than the semiconductor-component array (2). Furthermore, the coolant control structure comprises a first number n of first channel sections (5) extending in a fan-shape and which are outlet-connected to the flow from the first recess (4). The coolant control structure comprises at least a second recess (6) for the outlet or inlet of the coolant which has a smaller width than the semiconductor component array (2). Finally, the coolant control structure comprises a second number of second channel sections (9) extending fan-like and which are inlet-connected to the flow from the second recess. The first and second channel sections (5, 9) intersect in different planes and are einarider outlet-connected to the flow. The first and second channel sections (5, 9) run underneath the semiconductor element array (2). |
