<p>The invention concerns a device (1) for applying and heat-shrinking plastics labels comprising a central body (2) and an outer body (3), coaxially movable one within the other one by the action of an injector element (14), positioned in such a way to realize an interspace (20) between said bodies, and shaped in such a way to receive a label (19) to be applied, and to position the same about the outer surface of the same container (18), being provided means (16) for introducing hot air into said interspace (20), so as to realize heat-shrinking of the label (19), being further provided means (4) to bring the outer body (3) back in the rest position, after having stopped the action on said injector element (14). The invention further relates to a process for applying said labels.</p> |
