SOLUTION: The information retrieving program 101 stored in a main memory 121 extracts information as one sequence of the initial setting of retrieval conditions by a user and the repetition of relevance feedback up to the completion of retrieval and saves histories for every sequence in a retrieval sequence history storage file 112. A history retrieving program 201 performs retrieval from the retrieval sequence history storage file 112 according to specific retrieval conditions to show a user who has related know-how.
