Wrist joint endoprosthesis for e.g. disease pattern, has proximal joint socket representing drawn-out socket in which distal joint head slides in force free manner such that shape of joint head is not congruent

The prosthesis has a distal joint head with a shaft that is implanted in to a capitatum and a proximal joint socket with another shaft that is implanted in to a radius arm. The distal joint head is formed in a spherical shape, and a hemisphere is increased about 1 to 2 mm in a direction of a sphere. The joint socket represents a drawn-out socket in which the distal joint head slides in a force free manner such that the shape of the joint head is not congruent, and the distal radius is resected to 90 degrees and the joint head centered to the radius axis is implanted in to the capitatum.
