<p>The invention relates to antifriction polymer compositions and can be used in mechanical engineering and railway transport for producing protective antifriction films on metal surfaces. The inventive antifriction polymer composition contains a mixture of epoxy-diane resin, solid oil and serpentine, which mixture is curable by an amine hardener with the following component ratio, in mass%: 59-68 epoxy resin, 4-9 serpentine, 10-20 solid oil, 12-18 amine hardener. The method for producing the antifriction polymer composition involves mixing the prefabricated serpentine and solid oil mixture with the uncured epoxy-diane resin until the homogeneous mixture thereof is produced and subsequently introducing the amine hardener. Said invention makes it possible to improve the wear resistance of friction units, to extend the technical use of antifriction compositions, to stabilise the operational conditions of the antifriction composition and to reduce the friction coefficient.</p> |
