<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod structure and a piston structure for hand dispensers which improve content-charging operation conditions in the syringe, maintenance of the syringe and the piston contained in the syringe and the coating and spraying performance as a dispenser device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mechanism structure for hand dispensers includes a mechanism structure connectable to the piston with a piston connection means and a connection release element contained in a piston adaptor to be connected to the piston connection means and a rod handle having a mechanism structure allowing release of connection by the connection release element in the piston adaptor. The piston can be inserted into and drawn out of the syringe, released from fixation and subjected to maintenance. The mechanism structure for hand dispensers also includes a syringe inside-wall-surface cleaning mechanism capable of eliminating the content on the inside-wall-surface on the outer periphery of the piston. The mechanism structure for hand dispensers improves the durability of the syringe and the piston, promotes the stability and consistency of the amount of content applied, and also improves the ease of operation and maintenance including ease of charging the content.
