The invention relates to semiconductor optoelectronic devices comprising a number of radiating elements formed on shared base. An optic gas sencor consists of optically associated with infrared sources having maximums of wave length, which coincide with maximum of resonance-absorption band of analysed gas, a working cell having inlet and outlet fitting, optic elements, an infrared receiver. The working cell is performed from two parts having different length, which have whole inner volume, an entrances window transparent for radiation with mirror surface is common for both parts of the working cell, their parabolic mirror surfaces are inclined at the same angle (or different angles) to the entrance window. Inlet fitting, which openings are directed at the angle to optical axes of infrared sources, are positioned on the working cell parts having different length, the output fitting – on the longest part, infrared sources are located inside thermally conductive ball pivots and located at the same or different axes with the infrared receiver. The invention provides possibility measuring gas concentration in wide range with desired measuring accuracy and sensitivity. |
