<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone-acrylic-based resin composition having improved stain resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The silicone-acrylic-based resin composition, including 0.1-30 wt.% of the following component (A) and 70-99.9 wt.% of the (co)polymer of the following component (B), wherein the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B) of the (co)polymer is 100 wt.%, is used. Component (A): an alkoxysilane condensate containing an alkylene oxide group.
