PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing artificial pearl coating processed goods with functionality and thereof product are provided to strongly radiate far infrared rays or magnetic force which functional materials has into specific direction and to ensure an luxurious image. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing artificial pearl coating processed goods with functionality comprises: a core production process(P1); a pre-processing(P2) for improving coating performance of the core; and a coating process(P3) coating the core with paint. The pre-processing comprises: a projecting step of throwing the manufactured core in a washing tub; a heat-up step of supplying deionized water to the washing tub and heating; a first stirring step of dissolving solid glue in the heated washing tub and permeating the glue within a through-hole; a second stirring step of increasing viscosity by adding more solid glue in the washing tub and decreasing temperature; and a step of desiccating the core. |
