PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a dishonored bond are provided to manage dishonored bond collection expectation information by managing a database depending on each work of an obligator. CONSTITUTION: A database(30) stores the information for the affair of an obligator, and a server(20) extracts obligator data from the database based on the user request according to the surety obligation fulfillment information for a credit agency from a user terminal unit(10) as well as credit collection activity information. The server creates the total obligator information, and the total obligator information includes credit collection expectation information.
