PURPOSE: A cook-pot capable of controlling a discharge direction of steam is provided to uniformly maintain steam pressure within a container by controlling the amount of steam. CONSTITUTION: A cook-pot capable of controlling a discharge direction of steam is composed of a main body(100), a cover(200), a steam outlet, and an opening and device. The steam outlet is formed in one of the main body and the cover, and opened in a discharge direction of steam. The opening and closing degree of the steam outlet is changed depending on a pressure change of the steam. The opening and closing device is operated by pressure of the steam, and opens and closes a part or whole of steam outlet. |
