PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to improve electrostatic discharge resistance without the change of design of a battery receiving part of a battery pack or electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises an exterior(1) and a battery device accepted to the exterior. The exterior comprises a laminate having a conductive layer. A positive electrode terminal(2a) or negative electrode terminal(2b) of the battery element is electrically connected with the conductive layer. The positive terminal of a battery element is electrically connected with the conductive layer of the exterior. |
