METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REGENERATING BREAK OF HYBRID VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A brake control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle and a method of the same are provided to remove a release phenomenon of a release side clutch from an inverse torque during a regenerative braking, and to improve a comfortable feeling of a ride. CONSTITUTION: A brake control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle comprises: an IPM(integrated powertrain management)(10) controlling a transmission(20), a motor(30), a generator controller, and an overall regenerative braking; and the transmitter performing a speed change through a hydraulic control in a release side and a combining side clutch by an inverse torque of the motor provided from the control of the IPM. The transmitter reduces a hydraulic pressure into a minimum in the release side clutch through a feedback control until the end of the speed change.
