PURPOSE: A principle and a method for obtaining kinetic energy are provided to efficiently obtain the kinetic energy using an attractive force and a repulsive force between permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of magnetic force shielding plates includes a repulsive force shielding plate(400,410) and an attractive force shielding plate(500,510). The repulsive force shielding plate is arranged between the fixed permanent magnet and the movable permanent magnet when obtaining the kinetic energy using the repulsive force between the fixed permanent magnet and the movable permanent magnet. The attractive force shielding plate is arranged between the fixed permanent plate and the movable permanent magnet when obtaining the kinetic energy using the attractive force between the fixed permanent magnet and the movable permanent magnet.
