摘要

PURPOSE: A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided to maintain high capacity and to improve cycleability using a proper amount of a second lithium layered compound. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery charges and discharges in 4.8-3 V based on lithium and comprises a positive electrode, negative electrode, and non-aqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode includes a first layered compound with 80% or more of next lithium ion reinsertion amount to initial lithium ion separation amount, and a second layered compound with 15% or less of next lithium ion reinsertion amount to initial lithium ion separation amount.
