<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data transmitted from a communication terminal of a private network to a mobile terminal even when an address assigned to the mobile terminal is changed. <P>SOLUTION: An in-door base station 130 forms a communication area 131 enabling communication with a mobile communication network 102 through a LAN 101 that includes the base station itself. The in-door base station 130 monitors an IP address, for data communication with the mobile communication network 102, assigned from the mobile communication network 102 to a mobile terminal 140 in the communication area 131. The in-door base station 130 stores combination information 132 indicating a combination of identification information of the mobile terminal and the IP address monitored. The in-door base station 130 receives, from a PC 120 in the LAN 101, data having the identification information.
