PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously perform Ramp control satisfying a mask standard by reducing costs. SOLUTION: In a transmission power control circuit 10, a monitor part monitors a power value of transmission power of an RF signal outputted by a PA (Power Amplifier) 20 from DAC (Digital Analogue Converter) data inputted by an ADC (Analog Digital Converter) 40 to determine whether or not the power value of the monitored transmission power is within a target power range by every sub-section. The transmission power control circuit 10 performs power compensation processing when the power value of the transmission power is not within the target power range so that the power value of transmission power outputted by the PA 20 next time is within a target power range in the next period.
