<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain equipment which is not affected by water level fluctuation when water in a water tank is supplied to a water reception part and can securely reduce bubbling noise generated within the water tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a lid part 2 detachably mounted to the upper part of a casing 1; the water tank 3 stored within the casing 1; a tank cap 4 attached to the bottom of the water tank 3; the water reception part 5 to which water within the water tank 3 is supplied; an electric heater 8; a steam generation part 7 for generating steam; and a steam emission part 10 for emitting the steam to outside.
