<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip with a reduced stress in use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An insertion member 36 and leg parts 20 and 22 are connected by hinge members 60 and 62, and when inserting the insertion member 36 into the leg parts 20 and 22, the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded up, and are positioned between the insertion member 36 and the leg parts 20 and 22, and the leg parts 20 and 22 are pushed outside. A trim board 12 and a body panel 10 are sandwiched by the leg parts 20 and 22 and flanges 16 and 18 by these hinge members 60 and 62, and thereby, the trim board 12 is fixed to the body panel 10. Thus, since the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded up when inserting the insertion member 36 into the leg parts 20 and 22, the stress is not still in an acting state over the whole of the hinge members 60 and 62, and the stress when using the clip 14 is reduced.
