<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the change in color of a projection image associated with kinds of a light source mounted on a projector and its temporal change. <P>SOLUTION: In projecting an image based on an input image signal and displaying it, a projector 10 performs color correction for an image corresponding to the image signal based on the kinds of the mounted light source and the color temperature of the light source. The projector 10 includes a storage part for storing a predetermined color correction profile in which color correction data is stored in association with the kinds of the light source and the color temperature of the light source, and a color correction part for performing the color correction referring to the color correction profile. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
