<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium management system which can rapidly solve the trouble of authentication data inconsistency associated with card updating processing. <P>SOLUTION: In this condominium management system, a common entrance of an apartment house A includes card readers 2a, 2b, 5a and 5b which read authentication data recorded in a card carried by a dweller, and automatic door apparatus 3a, 6a, 3b and 6b which are unlocked by door opening command signals from controllers 1a, 1b, 4a and 4b outputting the door opening command signals by identifying the recorded authentication data and the authentication data read with the card readers 2a, 2b, 5a and 5b. The controllers 1a, 1b, 4a and 4b update the authentication data from a data center C remotely connected via a communication line B. The condominium management system is equipped with an authentication data inconsistency management device 14 which detects the authentication data inconsistency of each of the controllers 1a, 1b, 4a and 4b, and a nonrecovery display 15 which displays information on the inconsistency, detected with the authentication data inconsistency management device 14, as a nonrecovery list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
