PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a terminal clip to a battery is provided to regulate the fastening direction of fastening bolts and nuts at various angles. CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a terminal clip(200) are separated each other to contact the outer surface of a battery terminal(110) projected on the upper side of a battery(100). A pair of tightening brackets(300) is formed curved and separate from each other on both ends of the terminal clip. A pair of joint blocks(400) is pressed on the outer surface of the tightening brackets, facing each other. A fastening rod(500) and a fastening nut(600) fasten the joint blocks to the tightening brackets so as to regulate the coupling distance.
