PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a probability of collision of a packet signal even in the case of an increase in traffic. SOLUTION: A frame, which includes a first period formed by a plurality of slots and a second period having a prescribed length, is prescribed so as to be repeated. A detection section 32 detects the slot available for communication among a plurality of other radio devices from the plurality of slots in the first period of the first and second periods.
