<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a slide type cellular phone terminal of a thin shape which certainly reduces echo which occurs at the time of speech. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cellular phone terminal has a first housing 110 with a microphone 111, and a second housing 130 which is connected to the first housing 110 so as to be freely slidable relative to the first housing 110, and has a dynamic type receiver 132 which generates sound in a front side of an opposite side of the surface facing the first housing 110. The second housing 130 has a tone guiding unit 142 which gives vibration of an inverse phase for a tone phase of the receiver 132 on a surface facing the first housing 110, and cancels the vibration from the receiver 132.
