<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg with low dielectric loss being excellent in flowability such as a wiring burying property, and to provide a laminate obtained using the prepreg being excellent in curing characteristic such as crack-resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the prepreg, a reinforced fiber is impregnated with a curable resin composition containing a conjugated diene based linear polymer, a conjugated diene-based branched polymer and a radical generation agent, and the laminate is obtained using this. Preferably, the conjugated diene-based linear polymer is polybutadiene and/or polyisoprene, and the conjugated diene-based branched polymer is a copolymer of a conjugated diene monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer and has three or more of branches through a multi-functional coupling agent.
