<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to refer to matters written in other fields of a form and handling the information referred as descriptions in the form. <P>SOLUTION: An information management system includes an information management server for managing information about a form and descriptions in the form, and a coordinate acquisition device connected to the information management server. The information management server manages reference information represented by a reference character or reference mark for referring to other information, recognizes matters written in the form by information from the coordinate acquisition device, determines whether or not the recognized matter is the reference character or reference mark, and if determining that the recognized matter is the reference character or reference mark, refers to the reference information represented by the determined reference character or reference mark and handles the reference information referred as descriptions in the recognized form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
