The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for sensing a battery leakage current, and a battery pack and a battery driving apparatus comprising the apparatus. The battery leakage current sensing apparatus according to the present invention, includes: a floating capacitor for charging the voltage detected from an anode terminal or a cathode terminal of a battery; a terminal selection switching unit for selecting the voltage detection path of the anode terminal and the cathode terminal; a charging switching unit for charging the floating capacitor with the voltage detected from the anode terminal or the cathode terminal via the selected voltage detection path; a polarity reverse switching unit for reversing the polarity of the voltage detected from the cathode terminal charged in the floating capacitor; and a leakage current determination unit for sensing the voltage detected from the anode terminal charged in the floating capacitor and the voltage detected from the cathode terminal and the polarity of which is reversed, calculating a leakage resistance, and comparing the leakage resistance with a reference insulation resistance to determine whether a leakage current has occurred.
