<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight selector surely preventing selection miss occurring because an article to be inspected stays on a conveying path. <P>SOLUTION: The weight selector is provided with: a defective product removal detection means 23 for detecting removal of the article to be inspected 8 from the conveying path by a sorting device 17; a non-defective article passage detection means 24 for detecting the article to be inspected 8 sent from a sorting conveyer 4 onto a rear stage conveyer 5; a CPU 14 for discriminating whether or not the article to be inspected 8 is stayed on the conveying path based on the detection signals from the defective product removal detection means 23 and non-defective article passage detection means 24, and the detection timing of the detection signals; and an alarm 29 for issuing a warning when a discrimination result that the article to be inspected 8 is stayed on the conveying path is obtained by the CPU 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
