SOLUTION: A shift mode state determination part 11b1 determines whether a shift mode state of a vehicle 1a satisfies a predetermined condition or not. A traveling distance integration part 11c integrates optimum shift mode state selecting travel distances when it is determined that the shift mode state satisfies the predetermined condition. The traveling distance integration part 11c integrates inadequate shift mode state selecting travel distances when it is determined that the shift mode state does not satisfy the predetermined condition. A fuel saving drive scoring part 12 scores driving operation of a driver based on respective integration values integrated by the traveling distance integration part 11c. According to a score result, a fuel saving drive advice generation part 13 gives the driver a fuel saving drive advice along with the score result.
