<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component mixing type curtain spray coating method and a coating apparatus, in which a plane toward which two molten resins are sprayed is made to be a uniformly coated state when two-component mixing type curtain spray coating is performed and two hot-melt adhesives are mixed with each other in particulate states and made to function surely as a reactive adhesive when the two hot-melt adhesives are applied to a base material as the reactive adhesive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the curtain spray coating apparatus, a first application bead which communicates with a first molten resin supply source and composed of a first coating hole group, and a second application bead which communicates with a second molten resin supply source and composed of a second coating hole group, are isolated from each other and discharged from the bottom surface of an coating head. An intermediate partition plate 3 is interposed between openings of one coating nozzle hole group and those of the other coating nozzle hole group on the bottom surface of the coating head.
