PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a motor demagnetized in accordance with an increase of heat quantity by a photoelectric element 10, and to suppress the degradation in the performance of the motor 1 due to heat. SOLUTION: The photoelectric element 10 is arranged between a rotor 4 and a rotor shaft 2 to draw heat from the rotor 4 by the heat absorbing unit 8 of the photoelectric element 10, and to transfer the heat generated in a heat generating unit 9 to a cooling channel 7 in contact with a heat generating unit 9 and formed through the inside of the rotor shaft 2. As a result, the degradation in the performance of the motor due to the heat can be suppressed or prevented as the device is structured to positively draw the heat in the rotor 4.
