PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion module for manufacturing a compact and high-density thermoelectric conversion module and for flexibly coping with a large area module, many pairs of modules and various patterns also. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a process for forming a first electrode layer by pattern-printing an ink containing an electrode material on a substrate using an inkjet method; a process for forming a first diffusion prevention layer by pattern-printing an ink containing a diffusion preventing material on the first electrode layer using the inkjet method; a process for forming P-type and N-type thermoelectric material layers by pattern-printing an ink containing a P-type thermoelectric material and an ink containing an N-type thermoelectric material using the inkjet method; a process for forming a second diffusion prevention layer by pattern-printing the ink containing the diffusion preventing material using the inkjet method; and a process for forming a second electrode layer by pattern-printing the ink containing the electrode material on the second diffusion prevention layer using the inkjet method.
