<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter which stabilizes the distribution of a magnetic field applied to a fluid to be measured. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter 10 includes a measuring tube 20 which is formed of resin and makes the fluid FLD to be measured flow through and with exciting coils 4a and 4b which are provided on the outer peripheral surface 21 of the measuring tube 20 and apply the magnetic field to the fluid FLD, and measures a flow rate of the fluid FLD. The flowmeter includes poreless magnetic field distribution stabilizing members 30a and 30b which are buried in the measuring tube 20, opposite to the exciting coils 4a and 4b, and stabilize the distribution of the magnetic field.
