<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal-preventing cap easily attachable to a nut or a head of a bolt fastened in a recessed space, and capable of preventing removal of the nut or the bolt. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The removal-preventing cap 1 attached to the nut or the head of the bolt fastened in the recessed space S where a pipe wrench cannot be used and preventing removal of the nut or the bolt is provided with two or more of side surface fastening parts 3 for fastening a side surface of the nut or a side surface of the bolt head, a side surface opening part 4 opened to expose the two or more of side surfaces on opposite positions of the side surfaces, and at least one of expanded part 5 expanded to the outer direction with respect to the side surface.
