<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air fan enhanced in its cooling function by adding a dehumidifying function, with respect to the cold air fan applying the water as a cooling medium to provide cold air by utilizing its vaporization heat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanging unit 20 of a dehumidifying cooling means is constituted on a Peltier module 21 of a cooling means composed of a Peltier element of a thermoelement, by thermally face-connecting a heat conductive metallic material to a heat absorbing section 22 of the Peltier module 21 as fins 24, and the heat exchanging unit 20 is disposed between a water absorbing filter 30 of an evaporating means and an air distribution fan 40 of an air distributing means.
