PURPOSE: A coal fuel molding method using slack and coal fuel manufactured thereby are provided to improve productivity and workability of the coal fuel by automatically the coal fuel with a series of processes separating and molding coal from a molding frame. CONSTITUTION: A coal fuel molding method using slack includes the following steps: mixing and agitating coal, water and a hardening agent; supplying a coal mixture mixed in a mixing process; supplying the coal mixture with a distribution conveyor; molding and compressing the coal mixture with a compression roller; and separating the coal fuel from a molded molding frame. |
