PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus capable of avoiding the image display of a map and guide being disturbed during the route guide processing. SOLUTION: A control unit 10 (interruption control setting/display suppression processing unit 100) controls the display suppression of an externally acquired interrupt information such as VICS and ETC only during the route guide processing, based on the interruption control setting information set and registered beforehand in a memory unit 11 (interruption control setting information table 111).
