PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel for a wall, which includes excellent strength, free from breakage or fracture, and is excellent in heat insulation performance. SOLUTION: This heat insulating panel 10A for the wall is made of a foam 11 with a predetermined thickness, reinforced trusses 12 and 13 which are positioned inside the foam 11 and the whole areas of which are enveloped in the foam 11, and iron plates 14 and 15 for covering the front and rear surfaces 16 and 17 of the foam 11. The foam 11 is a hexahedron which is molded like a vertically-long quadrangular prism, and provided with the vertically-elongated front and rear surfaces 16 and 17, both vertically-elongated side surfaces 18 and 19 and horizontally-elongated upper and lower surfaces 20 and 21. The reinforced trusses 12 and 13 are assembled from a first vertically-elongated reinforcement 24, second vertically-elongated reinforcements 25 and 26, and first and second lattice reinforcements 27 and 28 which are positioned among the first and second reinforcements 24, 25 and 26 and vertically elongated while repeating ups and downs wavily.
