PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator appropriately usable for the peripheral area of eye or corner parts of mouth. SOLUTION: Concerning the applicator 2 for applying a product to the skin, this applicator is provided with a grasping member 4 and an application member 8 integrally linked to this grasping member 4. Then, the application member 8 is provided with a first face 10, which is flexible and practically planar, and the width of this first face 10 vertical to an axis X of the crimp member 4 is gradually reduced toward a free end 8b located oppositely to the grasping member 4, the first face 10 is specified by two side edges 9a and 9b, and one side edge 9a is formed into recess.
