<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate handling and management by installing a discriminating means for discriminating a transmission means from which the image data is transmitted and discharging a recording paper on which an image is formed according to the image data, into an individual paper discharge part for each transmission means from which data is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:The information sent from each host computer is inputted into a printer body 100 through a circuit selecting device. The circuit selecting device selects the circuit of each host computer A-C and traffic-manages data. The signal for discriminating each host such as ID code which is characteristic for each host is sent, together with the image data, from the host computers A-C. The CPU 101 of the printer body 100 equipped with a discriminating means for discriminating each transmission means reads out the data which is sent, and judges the computer from which the data is sent, and selects the paper discharge port of a sorter for each host after the image formation based on the above-described result, and discharges a copying paper to a paper discharge port corresponding to each host.</p> |
