PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical means not requiring a new reinforcement member when a load receiving platform lifting device is installed on a load receiving platform. SOLUTION: The load receiving platform lifting device is mounted to a cargo vehicle C provided with the load receiving platform 11 provided such that a lateral beam 16a is extended in a vehicle width direction below a floor plate 15, and is provided with: a load receiving platform for placing a baggage; a base bracket 3 for liftably mounting the load receiving platform and supporting the load of the load receiving platform; and a lifting drive mechanism for lifting the load receiving platform relative to the base bracket 3. A base part 26 of the base bracket 3 is fixed to the load receiving platform 11 by a bolt 12a arranged on the lateral beam 16a and in a position not interfering with the lateral beam 16a.
