PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position instruction function use restriction system, a position instruction function use restriction method and a position instruction restriction function-equipped mobile terminal, wherein a situation that a third party deduces an article position with a position instruction function by itself, and uses an article without authorization can be hard to occur, even if mounting the position instruction function in the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 is provided with a car finder system 21 wherein the vehicle 1 and an electronic key 2 communicate with each other when a car finder button 26 of the electronic key 2 is operated and wherein a vehicle position is instructed to a user by displaying the vehicular position on the electronic key 2. The electronic key 2 having a car finder function is mounted with a shock sensor 31. When the shock sensor 31 detects a fall of the electronic key 2, the car finder system 21 is made to come into a use restriction state, and restriction is imposed on use of the car finder function.
