<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the matter of a speaker 10 that a voice coil bobbin 24 may be shifted from an expected position by the impact of gravity dependent on the fixing position thereof and the bobbin 24 may touch a pole 19, meanwhile the oscillation efficiency drops at the time of small oscillation when a gap between the bobbin 24 and a top plate 21 is extended too much. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pole 19 is divided equally into two in the circumferential direction, thus obtaining semi-cylindrical portions 28a and 28b. Elongated holes 30a and 30b are bored in a flange 18 so that the longitudinal direction thereof is aligned with the diametric direction of the inner circumferential circle of a top plate 21. Bolts 31a and 31b are inserted into the through-holes 32a and 32b and the elongated holes 30a and 30b of the semi-cylindrical portions 28a and 28b and then screwed into nuts 33a and 33b on the rear surface side of a flange 18, thus securing the semi-cylindrical portions 28a and 28b to the flange 18. The distance between the semi-cylindrical portions 28a and 28b and the bobbin 24 is adjusted by adjusting the positions of the bolts 31a and 31b in the elongated holes 30a and 30b.
