The motor-vehicle body (2) has two seat crossbeams (4,5) in a base area (1) of a motor vehicle, which is connected with a medium tunnel (3). The seat crossbeams are conducted in U-profile formed cross-sections, which are fixed with an arm stop mechanism in a vehicle base. The latter seat crossbeam has an air duct sleeve (14), which holds in a web plate fastened in the latter seat crossbeam. The air duct sleeve is connected with front and rear air ducts.
